At Medha Content Solutions, we provide customized digital content and virtual services. As such, no physical shipping is involved. All deliveries are made electronically via email or cloud-based file sharing platforms (Google Drive, WeTransfer, etc.).
1. Delivery Method
All content and services are delivered digitally to the email address or platform link provided by the client.
We do not offer or support physical delivery of documents or materials unless agreed upon separately.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines vary based on the project scope, complexity, and client responsiveness.
Standard delivery timelines are discussed and agreed upon before project initiation.
In general:
Short Projects (e.g., resumes, basic reports): 2–4 business days
Medium projects (e.g., presentations, scripts): 4–7 business days
Large or multi-part projects: 7–15 business days
Urgent or express delivery options are available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
3. Exceptional Technical Issues
Delivery may be delayed if:
Required inputs or approvals from the client are not provided on time.
There is a change in the project scope or additional requests during execution.
Technical issues (e.g., file upload errors) occur, though rare.
We will always notify you in advance if any such delays are expected.
4. Confirmation of Delivery
Once the project is delivered, the client will receive an email notification or download link.
Please confirm receipt within 24 hours. If you face any issues accessing the files, reach out to us immediately.
