At Medha Content Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality content and services tailored to your needs. As each project is customized and service-based, we follow a structured return and refund process to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
You cancel the project within 12 hours of confirmation and before any work has commenced.
The project scope is not initiated due to unavoidable delays from our end beyond 7 business days without valid communication.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be issued in the following scenarios:
Project cancellation after 12 hours of confirmation.
Work has already started or partial delivery has been made.
Delay in project delivery caused due to delayed inputs, feedback, or approvals from the client’s side.
You change your mind or no longer require the service after work is underway.
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.
The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Any transaction or processing fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the final refund amount.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please write to us at info@medhacontentsolutions.com within the eligible time period, mentioning:
Your name
Project name or reference number
Reason for the refund request
Any relevant supporting details
Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
5. Revision Policy
Each project includes up to two free revisions within total 7 days of final delivery.
