At Medha Content Solutions, we are committed to delivering high-quality content and services tailored to your needs. As each project is customized and service-based, we follow a structured return and refund process to ensure transparency and fairness for both parties.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • You cancel the project within 12 hours of confirmation and before any work has commenced.

  • The project scope is not initiated due to unavoidable delays from our end beyond 7 business days without valid communication.


2. Non-Refundable Situations

No refunds will be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Project cancellation after 12 hours of confirmation.

  • Work has already started or partial delivery has been made.

  • Delay in project delivery caused due to delayed inputs, feedback, or approvals from the client’s side.

  • You change your mind or no longer require the service after work is underway.


3. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days from the date of approval.

  • The amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.

  • Any transaction or processing fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the final refund amount.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please write to us at info@medhacontentsolutions.com within the eligible time period, mentioning:

  • Your name

  • Project name or reference number

  • Reason for the refund request

  • Any relevant supporting details

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.


5. Revision Policy

Each project includes up to two free revisions within total 7 days of final delivery.
