Welcome to Medha Content Solutions. By accessing or using our services, website, or engaging with us in any capacity, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Overview
Medha Content Solutions offers content creation, editing, presentation design, training programs, and related support for students, professionals, corporates, and individuals. Services are provided on a project-by-project basis and are customized according to client requirements.
2. User Responsibilities
By using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete project information.
- Make timely payments as agreed upon in writing or invoice.
- Not misuse, replicate, or resell the content delivered without our permission.
- Respect the timelines mutually agreed upon for both submission of inputs and review/feedback.
3. Content Ownership & Usage
All content created by Medha Content Solutions is owned by the client after full payment is made. Until payment is completed:
- We retain full rights to the content.
- Unauthorized use, distribution, or publication is strictly prohibited.
Medha Content Solutions reserves the right to use anonymized versions of completed work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full or as per the agreed milestone plan before final delivery.
- Delay in payment may result in project suspension or additional late fees.
- Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, UPI, and other modes communicated via email or invoice.
5. Revisions & Edits
We offer up to two rounds of free revisions within total 7 days of delivery. Any additional revisions or changes to the original brief will be chargeable.
6. Turnaround Time
Delivery timelines are communicated clearly before project initiation and depend on project scope, responsiveness of the client, timely approvals and payments.
Urgent/express deliveries may incur additional charges.
7. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. All content, client data and communication shared with us will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent, unless legally required.
8. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
- No refunds will be provided for completed stages of work.
- For partially completed projects, refunds (if any) will be determined based on work completed and resources invested.
9. Limitation of Liability
Medha Content Solutions shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Any outcomes resulting from the use of content in external environments such as academic or business platforms.
- Third-party platform issues or publishing outcomes outside our control.
10. Policy Upgradation
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of New Delhi Courts only.
